Shipping Policy

At MeanBuy, we want to ensure your product safely and punctually reaches its destination. Products can be shipped to contiguous U.S. only, and most orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). At this time, we cannot ship to non-contiguous states (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii), U.S. Territories & Freely Associated States, or military addresses (i.e. APO, FPO, DPO).

MeanBuy offers free shipping and tracking on all of its products. If you are submitting multiple prices within one order, your products may arrive at separate times depending on the origin of the product and expiration of the product timer. If you find there to be any problem with your product, please email us at support@meanbuy.com.

Products will generally be shipped out 1 day after your price was accepted. Shipping will approximately take 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping service.

MeanBuy customers are responsible for entering their correct billing and shipping address and will be held liable for any misrepresentation of shipment information and related fees.

Return Policy

Your experience with MeanBuy is of utmost importance to us. If there was a material misrepresentation in your purchase, we would like to make it up to you. All product transactions are covered by our 100% money back guarantee for 21 days after the first attempt has been made to deliver the product in accordance with the MeanBuy guarantee.

The MeanBuy guarantee covers:

  • Products that are damaged upon arrival
  • Products that are defective upon arrival
  • Products not received within 30 days from date of price acceptance

The MeanBuy guarantee does not cover:

  • Buyer's remorse/change of mind
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Misinterpretation of delivery method/time
  • Neglect to apply promo code before purchase

If your order is eligible for a refund based on the above conditions, please contact MeanBuy Member Services at support@meanbuy.com with your order number and reason for return.
